Team Members face dynamic, real-life interactive scenarios designed to reflect genuine emergent threats in church safety. Each scenario is meticulously crafted to mirror real-world situations, challenging team members to respond according to the church's force continuum guidelines. Instructors have the capability to replay scenario outcomes and conduct detailed after action reviews (AARs). These reviews are instrumental in continuous coaching, mentoring, and reinforcing  the organization's standard operating procedures.
